Olivia Rodrigo posts a selfie in the studio ahead of 20th birthday
Olivia Rodrigo has something up her sleeve!
Right before her 20th birthday on February 20, the “drivers license” singer posted an Instagram photo of her in the studio.
“[Today] is my last day of being a teenage dirtbag,” Olivia said in her caption. She is wearing recording headphones and showed the mic behind her.
This small hint was enough to get fans looking forward to her new songs, with the comments section already filled with excitement.
Olivia also teased new music early this year.
“[Working] on so many new songs I’m excited to show [you]! Thank [you] for everything,” she said.
Olivia’s debut turned out to be a smash hit. At the 2022 Grammys, she was nominated for seven awards, and won Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album for “SOUR,” and Best Pop Solo Performance for “drivers license.”
The album also includes the songs “traitor,” “déjà vu,” and “good 4 u.”
The Filipino-American singer went on her first tour in support of “SOUR” last year.
