Barbie Almalbis to hold concert for 25th anniversary in music

Barbie Almalbis is set to reach another milestone. As one of the most iconic women in OPM, the musician is holding a concert in celebration of her 25th anniversary in the music industry.

Titled "Firewoman: 25 Years of Barbie Almalbis," it will be held on March 11 at 123 Block, Mandala Park in Mandaluyong City. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m.

It will feature reunion sets by Barbie's former bands, Hungry Young Poets and Barbie's Cradle.

Sandwich, Gab Alipe of Urbandub, Clara Benin, I Belong To The Zoo, Kai del Rio, and Bird will also perform.

Tickets are priced at P1,500 for regular and P2,400 for VIP.

Some of Barbie's hits include "High," "Just a Smile," and "Ambon." She was one of the artists featured in the song "PIRASO," released in January.

Last year, Barbie and the queens of Pinoy rock had two concerts, the sold-out TANAW, and the thanksgiving show TANAWIN.
