'The Umbrella Academy' begins production of the fourth and final season
It's the beginning of the end. The fourth and final season of "The Umbrella Academy" has officially started production.
Netflix posted a photo of the cast at what looks to be the table read of the scripts for the final season.
"It’s all been leading to this," the streaming giant said. "The final season of The Umbrella Academy is now in production!"
Tom Hopper, who plays One, also posted it with the caption, "One last time my friends...."
Elliot Page, Robert Castaneda, and Ritu Arya shared the photo on their social media as well.
Meanwhile, Emmy Raver-Lampman posted her own photo of her nameplate. Actress Ashley Park of "Emily in Paris" commented on her post, "YOU GO SIS," with fire emojis.
The sci-fi action comedy is about seven adopted siblings with superpowers who need to save the world from a different impending doom each season — and get along as brothers and sisters. Oh, yeah, there's also time travel involved.
The series debuted in 2019.
