This 360-degree swing in Calauan, Laguna is a must-try for adrenaline junkies

This 360-degree swing at the Word of Life Camp & Conference Center in Calauan, Laguna is sure to give you the thrill you seek!

According to Kuya Kim's report on "24 Oras," Friday, children are not allowed in the swing as it is an extreme ride.

"'Yung 360 swing is not an easy ride, it takes a lot of courage talaga to try," said Word of Life program director Lael Ibañez.

Swing riders are equipped with a harness at the arms and legs for safety, as the ride takes them on a full rotation.

Ibañez said the most number of rotations done by a rider in the 360-degree swing is 261 rounds, which took around 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, another swing that gives a huge thrill is The Plunge in Danao, Bohol. The canyon swing is a 50-meter freefall from a 200-meter high cliff and offers great views of the area.
