Tom Cruise free-falls from a plane in thank you message to fans
Now that's a thank you message only Tom Cruise can do.
The actor filmed a video to thank fans for supporting his latest movie "Top Gun: Maverick," the long-awaited sequel to the 1986 classic.
However, it's while filming "Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning" that he shot the thank you message.
"Hey everyone, here we are over stunning South Africa, and we’re filming ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning’ parts one and two,” Cruise said beside the open door of the plane.
After jumping out, he turned back to the camera while free-falling from the skies.
"Thank you for supporting ‘Top Gun: Maverick,'" he said. "And always thank you for allowing us to entertain you. It truly is the honor of a lifetime."
"I’m running out of altitude, so I have to get back to work — I have to get this shot. You have a very safe and happy holiday, we’ll see you at the movies," he added.
In the "Top Gun: Maverick" released this 2022, Cruise reprises his role as Pete Mitchell, also called Maverick, to teach a young batch of student pilots. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
