The new "Rurouni Kenshin" anime just revealed the voice actors for Sanosuke and Yahiko in a new teaser!
According to a report on Anime News Network, Sanosuke Sagara will be voiced by Taku Yashiro while Yahiko will be voiced by Makoto Koichi.
Among Yashiro's previous roles include Hirokazu Arai from "Chainsaw Man" and Koichi Shindo from "Horimiya." Koichi, meanwhile, voiced Sakura Otome from "Lycoris Recoil."
The new teaser, which was unveiled in the Jump Festa '23 event on Sunday, gave glimpses of Sanosuke and Yahiko after they meet main character Kenshin Himura.
A previous teaser revealed Soma Saito and Rie Takahashi as the voice actors for Kenshin and Kaoru Kamiya.
Aniplex first announced the new anime adaptation of Nobuhiro Watsuki's iconic manga in December last year. It will premiere in 2023.
"Rurouni Kenshin" was first adapted into anime in 1996. A live action adaptation film was released in 2012, followed by sequels "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno," "Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends," "Rurouni Kenshin: The Final," and "Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning."
