J-Hope of BTS to perform on 'New Year's Rockin' Eve' at NYC's Times Square
J-Hope of BTS is saving us from the fear of 2023 before it’s even begun!
The rapper and dancer will perform live from New York City on December 31 for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.”
J-Hope will have a stellar performance, presenting a medley of “= (Equal Sign),” “Chicken Noodle Soup,” and “Butter (Holiday Remix).”
It is J-Hope’s first time performing on the special as a solo artist. BTS appeared on the year-end show in 2017 and 2019.
The TV special features the countdown to midnight and the iconic drop of the crystal ball in Times Square.
Duran Duran and New Edition are also set to perform in NYC.
For the show’s pre-recorded segments filmed in different states, the performers include TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Wiz Khalifa, Finneas, and Dove Cameron, among many others. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
