Maricel Soriano spoofs 'Drag Race Philippines' in parody vlog with Xilhouete

Maricel Soriano made a parody vlog dubbed "Pa Drag Race Den" on Sunday featuring her good friend and "Drag Race Philippines" finalist Xilhouete.

In a full production vlog, the veteran actress and self-confessed fan of "Drag Race" went on to compete against Xilhouete in a "Pic Pak Vogue" photoshoot and a lip-sync battle of Soriano's famous iconic lines in TV and films throughout the years

Maricel, also known as Kinang Iray in drag,  was dolled up by "Drag Den" contestant She-warma. Xilhouete, meanwhile, did her own makeup and look.

Also seen on the vlog was Bekenemenpod's Baus Rufo, who gave life to RuPaul.

After their photoshoot and lip-sync showdown, Kinang Iray and Xilhouete caught up with each other and looked back on their years of friendship as well as Xilhouete's experience while competing in "Drag Race Philippines."

According to Xilhouete, even though she didn't win the crown, the support and love she has received since the show has been overflowing and keeps her going.

She also recounted her lip-sync battle with one of her drag daughters, Minty Fresh. She described the moment as "one of the most memorable lip-syncs performances" in "Drag Race Philippines."

After wrapping up "Drag Race Philippines" Season 1 in October, hailing Precious Paula Nicole as the first-ever Drag Race superstar in the Philippines, the show announced that it's been renewed for Season 2.

After winning the "Drag Race Philippines" crown, Precious Paula Nicole began her reign with the creation of the Precious Foundation for the benefit of the Golden Gays.

Meanwhile, Manila Luzon of "RuPaul's Drag Race" also launched her own drag competition dubbed "Drag Den," which is set to air on December 8 through Prime Video Philippines.
