The influence of "Maria Clara at Ibarra" continues!

Drag queen Andy Crocker just channeled Sisa in a performance at the Nectar Nightclub, inspired by Andrea Torres's iconic scene in the Kapuso series.

On Instagram, Andy shared her makeup and costume transformation as Sisa.

Andy's performance was well received by the audience of the nightclub, as seen in a clip she shared on TikTok.

And in the comment section, Andrea, aka Sisa, approved her performance.

"Oh wow," the Kapuso actress wrote, punctuated with clapping hands, red heart, and hug emojis.

Andy then expressed gratitude for the people's response to her drag performance.

"Thank you Nectar crowd for the warm and endless applause for my performance last night [pleading face emoji] love you!" she said.

Andrea's six-minute monologue in "Maria Clara at Ibarra" was lauded by many on social media.

"Maria Clara at Ibarra" airs on GMA Telebabad, Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras."
