'Kimi ni Todoke' is now on Netflix, 'NANA' to drop on December 1

Classic romance anime "Kimi ni Todoke" is now on Netflix and "NANA" is following suit on December 1!

First released in 2011, "Kimi ni Todoke" follows a high school girl named Kuronuma Sawako and her journey to finding friends and love.

Her classmates mistakenly call her Sadako due to her resemblance to "The Ring" character and they also thought she could see ghosts.

Unable to correct their misconceptions, she has become socially isolated at school as a result. Things slowly begin to change, however, when she meets the popular and handsome Kazehaya Shouta.

The anime series, which is based on a manga of the same name, follows Sawako and Kazehaya's journey from friendship to romantic relationship.

"Kimi ni Todoke" ran for two seasons, both of which are now available for streaming on Netflix.

The two meet on a train heading to Tokyo and eventually share an apartment as they both pursue dreams and love in the capital.

Osaki Nana is a member of a rock band named BLAST, while Komatsu Nana is in Tokyo to reunite with her boyfriend, who has gone to college.

First released in 2006, the anime series has 47 episodes and tells the story of their relationships and heartaches.
