Pink Sweat$ cancels concert in Manila

The Pink Sweat$ concert in Manila, originally slated for September 27, has been cancelled.

Live Nation made the announcement on Saturday, saying that tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded.

Those who bought tickets over the counter are advised to return them to the Ticketnet Box Office at the Smart Araneta Coliseum from October 3 to 31.

"Live Nation Philippines deeply apologizes to all the fans who have long looked forward to Pink Sweat$'s first concert in the Philippines," the statement said.

The concert, part of the singer's Pink Moon tour, was announced last month.

Pink Sweat$ became a global hit with his song “At My Worst,” which became a TikTok dance challenge. He also released a remix of the song featuring Kehlani.

He released his debut album “Pink Planet” in 2021. Aside from his viral hit, Pink Sweat$ is also popular for the songs “Honesty” and “I Feel Good.” —JCB, GMA News
