"Happy happy birthday sa taong mahal ko. Sa taong nagparamdam sakin ng tunay na pagmamahal," she said.

"Sa taong malungkot, kapag malungkot ako. Masaya naman, kapag masaya ako. Sa taong nagparealized sakin na walang IFS & BUTS kapag mahal ka. Mahal ka kung ano ka. Mahal ka kahit hindi ka naligo. The actress previously revealed that she and Stephan got together during one of the lowest moments in their lives .
