'The Sandman' drops bonus episode based on 'Dream of a Thousand Cats,' 'Calliope'
If you're one of those who already finished "The Sandman" after two or three days of binge-watching, you're likely craving for more episodes of Neil Gaiman's dark fantasy masterpiece.
Well, if you're of these people, you just got your wish!
Netflix just dropped a two-part bonus episode based on the stories "Calliope" and "A Dream of a Thousand Cats."
The stories were on issue 17 and 18 of the graphic novel.

Neil himself hinted on new content when he tweeted on Friday that "it would be nice if there were more than just the ten episodes" in Season 1.

He then continued teasing the hyped fans with his responses and retweets.
Asked if there is going to be a second season, he answered: "Nope. No word or decision from @netflix on Future Seasons. They will want to see how we do for the first month before committing. This is something else," he said.

The Twitter account of the show itself replied to Neil's tweet, first with a cat in between a pair of eyes emojis, and then another with 130 black and orange cats.
