Doug and Chesca Kramer are building a dream home for their ‘build and sell’ project
Doug and Chesca Kramer are building a new dream home, but for another family.
On Tuesday, the husband and wife shared photos of themselves posing at a grassy area and a vacant concrete lot and called their new endeavor a “build and sell passion project.”
“Ever since our home tour video, so much have said that our home is a dream home for many,” said their Instagram caption.
“So today, we took the first step into building a dream home that our family would love, but with the intention of building it for another family (investor) in the near future.”
The actress and former PBA star said they were looking forward to “put [their] vision and heart to this project.”
Ever since Team Kramer’s house tour video came out in 2019, many have been calling it their “house goals.”
Their home is also a collaborative project between the couple. The mountaintop mansion has an infinity pool, theater, elevator, office, gym, playroom, and many more features.
The family also has their own condo which they have completely transformed to fit their taste and aesthetic.
