Girls’ Generation’s much-awaited reality show teaser is here

It’s here, SONE. Girls’ Generation’s teaser for their much-awaited reality show “So Shi Tam Tam” was posted on JTBC Entertainment’s YouTube channel on Friday.

According to a report by entertainment website Soompi, the show’s title comes from the group’s Korean nickname “So Shi.” The title is also a play on the phrase “Ho Shi Tam Tam,” which means to be on the lookout for an opportunity.

The report said the members would take part in different games and showcase their daily lives on the show.

The teaser showed the eight members reenacting a scene from the Korean romantic-comedy film “Sunny.” Before the scene ended however, the girls ended up laughing at their acting.

Fifteen years since their debut, Girls’ Generation will take part in the variety show ahead of their highly anticipated comeback in August, with an album that will be their first release in five years.

Since 2017, all members focused on their solo careers, and some have transferred agencies but the group never disbanded.

These K-Pop artists are the hitmakers behind “Gee,” and “I Got a Boy,” among many other songs.
