Ben&Ben’s Paolo Benjamin books car service; driver plays their songs but he’s too shy to introduce himself

It finally happened: Ben&Ben member Paolo Benjamin just booked a car whose driver was playing their songs.

On Wednesday, the musician shared a video of himself on the backseat at night while the driver played Ben&Ben songs on loop.

“So first time ko mag-Grab ulit after a long time kagabi tapos si kuya, puro kanta namin ’yung soundtrip. Dahil nahihiya ako magpakilala, ’di ko na nagawa. Pero nagpapasalamat ako sa sakay at sa soundtrip,” he captioned his Instagram reel.

Though he didn’t introduce himself, Paolo made sure to interact with the driver. “Ayos sounds mo kuya ah,” the singer said. To which, the driver replied, “oo sir, gustong-gusto ko ’yan.”

Paolo then left a message for the driver on his video post. “Sana makapagkita at selfie tayo one day, Kuya. Ingat po kayo. P.S. Pasensya na rin po at nag-video ako, natuwa lang.”

With Ben&Ben’s songs that are ideal for road trips and embracing feels, we’re sure that many can relate to the driver’s choice of music.

Among the band’s songs that were heard during Paolo’s ride were “Araw-Araw” and “Kathang Isip.”
