Known as the 'Queen of Heels' on TikTok, this Filipina based in Switzerland has more than 1000 pairs

Jessica Barbecho loves high heels so much, she owns more than a thousand pairs. On TikTok, she's famously known as the “Queen of Heels.” 

On "Unang Hirit" Monday, the Switzerland-based Filipina gave a glimpse of her one-of-a-kind collection and shared why she loves collecting heels.

According to Jessica, her obsession with heels started “nung nagtrabaho ako sa sapatusan malapit sa amin."

"Na-engganyo talaga ako sa ganda ng mga heels kaya simula noon, nag-umpisa na akong mangolekta ng sapatos,” she continued.

Jessica started collecting shoes in 1993, when she migrated to Switzerland. Every month, she would spend something like P6000 to add pieces to her collection.

“Ang pinakapaborito kong high heels ay yung ‘Pleaser’ dahil matibay at maganda ang pagkakagawa,” Jessica said. 

‘Pleaser shoes’ was actually her first-ever pair of heels that she practiced walking on.

On the other hand, the most expensive shoes owns is a pair of Dolce & Gabanna pumps made from Crocodile and snake skin which cost almost P200,000.

Because of her massive shoe collection, Jessica now has almost 900,000 followers on TikTok, with her content accumulating over 11.8 million likes.
