Adie to perform at Miss World Philippines 2022 coronation on June 5

'Paraluman' hitmaker Adie will be taking over the stage for the coronation event of this year's pageant to serenade 36 candidates competing for the Miss World Philippines crown.

On Facebook on Saturday, the Miss World Philippines Organization announced that Adie is one of its special guest performers for the coronation night of Miss World Philippines 2022, set to take place on June 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

"We're bringing you a one of kind artist for the Miss World Philippines Finals! His single Paraluman was a big hit with more than 3.5 million views on its first month alone," the organization said.

Meanwhile, three former Miss World Philippines titleholders Katarina Rodriguez, Laura Lehmann, and Valerie Weigmann will take care of the hosting duties for the coronation night.

After the organization announced the 10 finalists for the Top Model competition, national costume, and Beauty with a Purpose, four ladies will finally be named on Sunday as Miss World Philippines, Miss Supranational Philippines, Miss Eco Philippines, and Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas. —Hermes Joy Tunac/KG, GMA News
