Ji Chang Wook is a mysterious magician in 'The Sound of Magic' trailer

What would you do if you meet a handsome magician who lives at an abandoned theme park?

This is the story of "The Sound of Magic," the latest K-drama offering of Netflix based on the webtoon "Annarasumanara" by Ha Ilkwon.

The series stars Ji Chang Wook as Rieul, a mysterious magician encountered by struggling students Yoo Ah Yi (Choi Sung Eun) and Na Il Deung (Hwang In Youp).

"The line between vice and virtue is irrelevant when it comes to Rieul as he constructs and lives in his own world," Ji Chang Wook said about his character.

According to the trailer, Rieul is still forever a child while Yoo Ah Yi desperately wants to grow up in order to escape her difficult situation.

Rieul helps Ah Yi like the classic fairy godmother, but there is something more to him than meets the eye.

Directed by Kim Sung Youn, the fantasy music drama will start streaming on Netflix on May 6.
