Chito and Neri Miranda overjoyed to catch fish on their yacht: 'Feeling mo nilibre ka ni God'
Chito and Neri Miranda are living the life in their mini yacht!
On Instagram, the couple shared photos of videos of them fishing and enjoying their own catch from the sea.
Chito said they stayed near the coast as the waves were a bit strong, but they were still able to catch some fish.
"Siguro dahil sariwa 'yung isda... pero tingin ko nakadagdag sa 'sarap' 'yung fact na kami mismo 'yung nakahuli, using our own boat, and using our own gear (sa wakas, nagamit na namin 'yung bago kong jigging rods hehe!"
("Perhaps because the fish is fresh, but I think what adds to the taste is the fact that we caught it ourselves, using our own boat, and using our own gear (finally we used my new jigging rods!"")
"Similar sa experience at sarap kapag kumain ka ng gulay mula sa sarili n'yong garden na kayo mismo ang nagtanim, or ng itlog mula sa alaga n'yong manok," he added. "Medyo feeling mo nilibre ka ni God."
("It's similar to the experience when you eat vegetables from your own garden that you planted yourself, or eggs from your own chickens. It feels like God treated you.")
Neri, meanwhile, was so happy to have something to cook for lunch.
"Maka isang kilo lang kami, pwede nang umuwi at nang may pang ulam na. Paksiw bisugu na 'to! Patis at sili na sawsawan!"
("If we catch one kilo, we can go home and cook a dish. We can have paksiw bisugu! With a dip of fish sauce and chili!")
The couple bought a yacht for Chito's birthday in February. Dubbed as "Margarita," the vessel will be available for rent along with their beach condo.
