BTS performs for live concert audience in Seoul after 2 years

BTS finally performed in front of a live concert audience in their own country after over two years.

On Thursday, the pop icons began the first of their three-day “BTS Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul” concert at Seoul Olympic Stadium in South Korea.

The group performed for about three hours over 20 songs, including latest hits “Dynamite” and “Butter” and older music such as “Fire” and “Fake Love.”

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, members of the audience are prohibited from cheering, shouting, or standing up, and are given clappers to use instead.

Their last concert in Korea prior to this event was their “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself (The Final)” show, also held at the Olympic Stadium, in October 2019.

“BTS Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul” continues on March 12-13.

Tomorrow’s concert will be broadcast at cinemas all over the world, while the show on Sunday is available via paid livestream. – RC, GMA News
