'Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City' unleashes horror in new trailer

"Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City" is turning up the horror in its chilling new trailer.

The minute-long "nightmare trailer" sets the creepy tone of the film, bringing in the gang to investigate the wasteland that Raccoon City has turned into.

"The world needs to know what's really going on," says Claire Redfield, as she and a group of survivors attempt to uncover the truth behind pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation.

Netflix announced "Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City," based on the 1996 horror survival game, in August 2020.

It will arrive in Philippine cinemas on December 15. —JCB, GMA News
