Anime short 'Summer Ghost' drops 5-minute preview

Upcoming anime short "Summer Ghost" just dropped a five-minute preview online!

According to Anime News Network, the project is the directorial debut of illustrator Ioundraw, who previously worked on "I Want to Eat Your Pancreas," "Tsuki ga Kirei," and "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish."

"Summer Ghost" tells the story of three high school students who gather together to pursue an urban legend about the spirit of a girl who appears when there are fireworks.

In the preview, the three characters are shown lighting sparklers in the middle of  an airstrip. The ghost then appears before them.

The short will be released in Japan on November 12.
