SB19, 4th Impact's pop orchestra concert 'Forte' trends worldwide
P-pop meets classical in the performances of OPM idol groups SB19 and 4th Impact on "Forte: A Pop Orchestra Benefit Concert" with two livestream schedules on Sunday.
As the 11 a.m. show wrapped up, SB19's fans, collectively known as A'TIN, took to Twitter to express their reactions and the hashtags used for the concert quickly went trending.
This is SB19's second online concert this year, after "Back In The Zone" in August. The P-pop group recently welcomed 4th Impact as their sister group under ShowBT. Formerly known as The Cercado Sisters or MICA, 4th Impact made international buzz after becoming a finalist on "The X-Factor" UK in 2015.
"FORTE" is presented by the St. Scholastica's College Manila's Sr. Baptista Battig Music Foundation, which aims to help gifted underprivileged youth through music.
Sharing the "Forte" stage with SB19 and 4th Impact are classical soloists Nicole Pugeda and Isaac Iglesias, the SSC Chamber Choir, and the Battig Chamber Orchestra, composed of scholars, alumni and classically-trained musicians who aim to introduce a fusion of classical and Pinoy pop music.
The second show streams tonight at 8 p.m.
