Dave Bautista urges public to #AdoptDon'tShop after finding abused, mistreated puppy

After adopting a chained, mistreated puppy, Filipino-American star Dave Bautista told everyone to open their hearts to animals who need loving homes.

In a heartwarming video on his Instagram page, the pro-wrestler turned-movie star gave a glimpse into little Penny Bautista's journey to her "forever home."

Bautista urged the public to consider adoption, and thanked everyone who took care of the "amazing little unbreakable soul."

"Unbroken. She survived a nightmare. Now she's living the puppy dream," he wrote.

The WWE and "Guardians of the Galaxy" star shared photos of the puppy's neck full of wounds from the chain, and parts of her body covered with rust from the metal.
