BTS, Coldplay share story behind collab song 'My Universe' in documentary

BTS and Coldplay shared more details about their song "My Universe" and how their collaboration came to be.

In the 13-minute YouTube video released Sunday, they shared a glimpse of their first meeting when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin visited BTS in Korea.

Aside from getting to know each other, they also shared snippets of how the recording went and some of their insights while writing the song.

According to Chris, the song is "about how love transcends all things, borders and rules and genders and race and every sexuality."

Oh, and hilarious moments of them together was also featured. Aside from Chris struggling with his Korean, they also grooved along to BTS's recent song "Butter."

Towards the end, BTS said they would like to perform the song live with Coldplay in the future.

Released last Friday, "My Universe" will be part of Coldplay's upcoming album "Music of the Spheres."
