BTS opens Global Citizen Live with 'Permission to Dance' in Seoul

After performing "Permission to Dance" at the United Nations (UN) headquarters in New York, BTS once again gave life to the song to mark the start of Global Citizen Live.

Wearing their fancy and stylish outfits, the seven-member group danced and sang their song straight from Seoul, Korea.

Towards the end, they were joined by dancers who made sure to keep their masks on while grooving along to the song's choreography, which features sign language.

According to its website, Global Citizen Live is a 24-hour global event which features artists, celebrities, and world leaders from six continents to "create change and impact climate and poverty."

Last week, BTS arrived in New York and delivered a speech at the UN General Assembly as Republic of Korea President Moon Jae In's Special Presidential Envoys for Future Generations and Culture.
