BTOB to appear on GMA podcast ‘Behind the Song’ with host Thea Astley

K-Pop group BTOB is set to appear on GMA’s upcoming podcast “Behind the Song” with Thea Astley!

The Kapuso singer and host revealed the news in an online interview with the press on Wednesday.

According to Thea, language wasn’t a hindrance at all for them to have a smooth-sailing conversation because they had translators onboard.

“There was a translator who was interpreting what the members were saying,” she said in English and Filipino, adding that she hoped to interview more international artists soon.

“I think even with future episodes, language will never be a barrier because there are translators who are available,” she added. “Watch out for the answers of BTOB.”

“Behind the Song” is GMA Network’s upcoming podcast that will allow artists from all over the world to talk about their music and what goes on behind their preparations for it.

Apart from BTOB, among those she has also interviewed are Julie Anne San Jose, Mikee Quintos, The Happy Fits, Bianca Umali, and mxmtoon.

The first episode, which will feature SB19’s Pablo, will be available on Spotify starting Sept. 28.

BTOB, who debuted in 2012, recently released their special album titled “4 U: OUTSIDE.”

They are popular for their songs “You’re So Fine,” “Missing You,” and “Pray,” among others. – RC, GMA News
