Here's a first look at Netflix's 'Cowboy Bebop' live-action adaptation
After several delays, we're finally getting the live-action adaptation of "Cowboy Bebop" this November!
The official Twitter account of the upcoming Netflix show just unveiled first look photos, showing Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), and Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda) in all their badass glory.
"Cowboy Bebop" is based on the classic anime series that follows a bounty hunter crew traveling in their spaceship called Bebop in the year 2071.
The 26-episode show aired in 1998.
Netflix ordered a live-action adaptation as early as 2018, but production was halted after actor John Cho suffered a knee injury. Production was closed down once again due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"Cowboy Bebop" is set to premiere on Netflix on November 19.
