Michael V. says ‘Family History’ sequel is possible
Looks like the story of Michael V.’s “Family History” is not yet over!
The actor and film director confirmed on Nelson Canlas’ “24 Oras” report Wednesday that he and his wife Carol Bunagan, who executive produced the film, were in talks for a possible sequel.
“Me and my wife are talking recently, because she’s one of those who produced it, and she came up with an idea,” he said in English and Filipino. “I’d love to share with you.”
He added: “I’ll do it. I can sense a sequel since many people are asking for it.”
“Family History” began streaming on Netflix last week. As of writing, it is on top 10 of the platform’s most watched shows in the Philippines.
Starring Michael V. and Dawn Zulueta, “Family History” was produced by GMA Pictures and Mic Test Entertainment.
