A hardworking carabao and his wagon helped students in Tobias Forner, Antique celebrate an important academic milestone amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to "Unang Balita," a unique "mobile gradation" ceremony was organized by the Lawigan Elementary School for students who are moving up to Grade 7.
