Ji Chang Wook, Hwang In Yeop confirmed to star in new Netflix series together

Ji Chang Wook and Hwang In Yeop are confirmed to star in a new Netflix series together!

According to a Soompi report, the two renowned South Korean actors and heartthrobs will be featured on “The Sound of Magic,” a music drama based on Ha II Kwon's webtoon “Annarasumanara” which has also been adapted into a play.

The upcoming Netflix series, which also features Choi Sung Eun, is about a girl who becomes an adult too early and a magician who wants to be a child forever.

Ji Chang Wook, known for his roles in “The K2,” “Healer,” and “Lovestruck in the City,” will play Lee Eul, a mysterious magician who lives in an abandoned theme park.

“Beyond Evil” actress Choi Sung Eun will portray Yun Ai, a girl who has gone through a painful journey and goes through magical experiences after meeting Lee Eul.

Meanwhile, “True Beauty” and “18 Again” star Hwang In Yeop will play Na II Deung, Yun Ai’s classmate who is focused only on his studies but begins to change and learn the fun of magic with Lee Uel and Yun Ai.

To be directed by “Love in the Moonlight” and “Itaewon Class” producing director Kim Sung Yoon and written by Kim Min Jung, “The Sound of Magic” is set to involve musical elements.
