Big Bad Wolf online book sale in the Philippines extended until July 12

Good news, Pinoy book lovers: The Philippine leg of the Big Bad Wolf online book sale has been extended until Monday, July 12.

The annual event, which took place online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was initially only scheduled to run from June 30 to July 7.

Organizers announced the extension just before the last day, giving Pinoy readers more time to browse the discounted titles offered on the official BBW e-commerce site.

The Big Bad Wolf book sale is an annual event that brings discounted books to different countries like the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.

The Malaysia-based organization said it aims to cultivate reading habits and boost literacy by making books more affordable.

For its 2021 Philippine leg, BBW offered discounts of up to 99% on more than 60,000 titles through its official website.
