'Demon Slayer: Mugen Train,' 'Natsume Yujin-cho: Ephemeral Bond' arrive at iQiyi this July
iQiyi has quite the lineup this July!
The streaming platform unveiled the movies that will be available for streaming this month, and one of them is the phenomenal "Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train."
The 2020 film dethroned Studio Ghibli classic "Spirited Away" as Japan's no. 1 film in the box office, making it the highest-grossing anime film of all time.
Picking up after the events of the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" anime series, the story follows Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke as they board the Mugen Train and meet up with Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku for a mission.
Another hit film that will be on iQiyi is "Natsume Yujin-cho the Movie: Ephemeral Bond."
The popular manga and anime was adapted into a movie which revolves around Takashi Natsume, who can see spirits called Yokai.
Other films on iQiyi's July slate include crime and thriller films like "Voice of Silence," "Recalled," and "Pipeline"; romance films like "My Love," "Passage of My Youth," and "Why Women Cheat"; and several Wuxia classics remakes such as "The Legend of the Condor Heroes: The Dragon Tamer" and "King of The New Beggars." —JCB, GMA News
