Seventeen aims for a mature look, sound with ‘Your Choice’ album

Seventeen is back and will show a more mature version of themselves through their new mini album titled “Your Choice.”

According to Cata Tibayan’s “24 Oras” report, Tuesday, the K-Pop group said although their concept had changed, their motivation remained the same--their fans, the CARATs.

Group leader S. Coups added that their goal as a 13-member group was to always portray their honest feelings for their audience.

They do this by writing and producing their own songs. According to Seungkwan, in return they are able to love the music and outputs they release more.

With all the support that they had been getting from their fans, Mingyu said their duty was to give the love back.

Seventeen also said they owed their international fame to their CARATs. “It’s an amazing cultural change we’re witnessing and we’re just so happy to be a part of it,” Vernon said.

They released “Your Choice,” as well as the music video for “Ready to Love,” last week.
