Neri Naig buys own truck as her tuyo business expands

Neri Naig just bought her own truck as her gourmet tuyo business continues to grow bigger.

In an Instagram post on Monday, the actress shared a photo of her new truck.

"Paparating na si Truckie this week! Yahooooo! Thank you, Lord!" she wrote. "May bago tayong makakasama sa paghatid ng mga tuyo natin at dahil sa sooooobrang dami ng order nyo, di na kakayanin ni Eltri sa bigat ng dinadala nya."

[Truckie is coming this week! Yahooooo! Thank you, Lord! We have someone new to accompany us in delivering our tuyo and because there's soooo many orders, Eltri won't be able to handle the weight anymore.]

Neri said that the money she earned from selling gourmet tuyo helped her buy her van, and now, in buying her new truck.

She said, "Inipon ko para 'di mag-loan at walang karagdagang bayad. Tiis-tiis lang talaga at pikit mata mong babayaran. Pero naniniwala akong mababawi ko naman! Hehe! Hindi man overnight pero makakabawi rin."

[I saved up for it, so I won't need to take out a loan and pay additional costs. I just really had to push through and close my eyes when I paid. But I believe I can get it back! Hehe! It won't happen overnight but it will happen.]

She added, "Saka kailangan na talaga para makadeliver na kami ng maramihan sa aming mga distributors! At para di na sila kukulitin ng mga masisipag nilang resellers at dahil UBUSAN TALAGA NG STOCKS!"

[And it's really needed so we can deliver in big bulks to our distributors. And so their hard-working resellers won't bug them because our stocks really keep selling out.]

Aside from her big purchase, Neri shared last April that she was also able to buy land in Alfonso, Cavite where she'll build her farm house. — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
