Kentaro Miura, ‘Berserk’ manga author, dies at 54
Kentaro Miura, the author of the “Berserk” manga, has passed away. He was 54.
The sad news was announced on Thursday through the official “Berserk” Twitter account.
“We have to announce that Kentaro Miura, the author of ‘Berserk,’ has passed away on May 6th due to acute aortic dissection,” the caption read.

Heartbroken by the sudden news, fans of the comics shared on social media some of their favorite scenes from Miura’s masterpiece.
As of writing, Berserk is the sixth trending topic on Philippine Twitter with 184,000 tweets. Kentaro Miura, meanwhile, is at the 10th spot with 134,000 tweets.
