The 'Tom and Jerry' movie is coming to HBO GO on World Cheese Day this June
Are you hyped to see the upcoming "Tom and Jerry" movie?
Good news, the film is dropping on HBO GO on June 4, which also happens to be World Cheese Day!
"Tom and Jerry" will bring to life one of the most beloved and most iconic rivalries in history.
It follows Jerry as he moves into New York City’s finest hotel on the eve of “the wedding of the century,” forcing the event’s desperate planner to hire Tom to get rid of him. The ensuing cat and mouse battle threatens to destroy her career, the wedding and possibly the hotel itself. But soon, an even bigger problem arises: a diabolically ambitious staffer conspiring against all three of them.
The film, directed by Tim Story, stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Michael Peña, Colin Jost, Rob Delaney, Pallavi Sharda, Jorgan Bolger, Patsy Ferran, Nicky Jam, Bobby Cannavale, Lil Rel Howery and Ken Jeong.
Cartoon Network also has other fun activities scheduled for World Cheese Day. They will share a "Tom and Jerry"-themed no-bake cheesecake recipe. They even prepared a cook-along video to help you in your culinary pursuit.
There are also more than 150 activities that can be found on Cartoon Network’s Best Summer Ever microsite. You can explore the Gymsville in the Tom and Jerry section to get your heart pumping with Tom’s secret set of workout videos to stay just as fit and active, and help burn off those cheesecake calories.
From May 21, you can also try out the Go Get Cheese Instagram filter, where you can either be on #TeamTom and chase after Jerry for the stolen cheese treats, or join #TeamJerry on his wild escape from his best frenemy. —JCB, GMA News
