Originally released in 2009, the new streaming version had three new tracks, including “Seeing Green” featuring Drake and Lil Wayne, “Fractions,” and her remix of Skillibeng’s “Crocodile Teeth.”
According to a USA Today report on Friday, Nicki and Drake reunited virtually through an Instagram live session before the album dropped.
During the live session, she said, “I knew if I just rereleased the mixtape without putting anything new, I knew y’all would cuss me the (expletive) out.”
Drake also talked about “Seeing Green” and said “it didn’t feel right” if Nicki wasn’t on it.
“It was fun the other way but it’s epic this way.”
