New 'Dragon Ball Super' movie slated for 2022
A new "Dragon Ball Super" movie is in the works!
Toei Animation Europe seemingly announced the film ahead of schedule on its official website.
The post appears to be initially scheduled for May 9, which is recognized as Goku Day. It has since been deleted, but eagle-eyed fans caught wind of it and are thrilled.

This is the first news about "Dragon Ball" that has been revealed in a couple years.
The "Dragon Ball Super" anime ended its run in 2018, the same year that "Dragon Ball Super: Broly" hit theaters.
In 2019, rumors about the second film hit the internet when Akio Iyoku, director of Shueisha's Dragon Ball Unit with Shueisha, said they're "steadily preparing for the next movie." —JCB, GMA News
