Team Kahoy, Team Puti and other home design trends Pinoys are raving about online

Home makeovers have been all the rage lately.

According to "Unang Hirit," several Pinoy netizens have even grouped themselves into teams like "Team Kahoy," "Team Puti," and "Team Gubat," based on how they like to decorate their homes.

Curious to know which of these teams you belong to?

According to Frances Lim Cabatuando, who founded a popular Facebook page for home design enthusiasts called "Home Buddies," Team Kahoy usually refers to those who like a more rustic aesthetic through lovely wooden pieces and details.

Meanwhile, Team Puti is for those who love to keep things minimalist, clean but still very stylish.

Team Gubat is perfect for plantitos and titas at heart. Apart from house plants, you can also achieve a nature-inspired peg by getting creative with prints and accessories like grass carpets.

"We bring the outdoors to our homes and we realize na possible pala siya," Frances said.
