Sandara Park gifts her friend from the Philippines a video greeting from Super Junior
K-pop fans are now wishing they have a friend like Sandara Park after she shared a video greeting with Super Junior for her friend from the Philippines.
On Twitter, Tuesday, Sandara posted a video with Super Junior which she said is a birthday video greeting for her friend in the Philippines.
"Hi Lola, ito ang birthday gift ko para sa 'yo," Sandara said in the video.
("Hi Lola, this is my birthday gift for you.")
The video then panned behind her where the Super Junior members were seen singing the "Happy Birthday" song.
"Last year pa itong video greeting from Super Junior for my friend in the Philippines! Ngayon ko lang ito post!" she wrote in the tweet.
("This video greeting from Super Junior for my friend in the Philippines is from last year. I posted it just today.")

The former "2NE1" member also thanked the K-pop boy group for the video greeting for her friend.
"Thank you Super Junior for the best birthday gift for my friend!"
Despite it being a late post, K-Pop fans couldn't help but admire Sandara for getting that video from Super Junior for her friend.
As of this writing, the tweet has over 2,300 retweets and more than 11,300 likes. Sandara is also trending on Twitter with over 34,500 tweets.
Super Junior made its debut in 2005. It currently has nine active members: Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun.
The group released their album "The Renaissance" in March to kick start their most-awaited comeback.
Sandara was born in South Korea but her family moved to the Philippines when she was young. She spent her teen years in the Philippines and she rose to fame as an actress after winning runner-up in a talent search show in 2004.
She returned to South Korea in 2007. In 2009, Sandara debuted as one of the members of the K-pop group 2NE1.
