Over the weekend, the streaming giant announced that Regé-Jean Page, who played the beloved Duke of Hastings, will not be returning for the second season.
Where the first season focused on the burning romance between the Duke and Daphne Bridgerton, the new season will be focusing on the newfound love between Daphne's brother Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) and the smart and headstrong Kate, who will be played by "Sex Education" actress Simone Ashley.
