IU happily welcomes spring in ‘Lilac’ music video

IU marks her comeback as she welcomes spring with a music video for her fifth album “Lilac.”

In the video released on Thursday, the South Korean idol went on a train adventure and even showed her fighting skills.

According to a Soompi report, the title track “Lilac” tells the story of a couple who happily breaks up after 10 years of being together as spring comes near.

The album features 10 songs, including “Lilac” and the pre-released song “Celebrity.”

As of writing, the video has reached more than 1.45 million views and 379,000 likes.
