Shay Mitchell, Liza Soberano to voice Alexandra Trese in Pinoy Netflix anime series
You'll be hearing the voices of “Pretty Little Liars” star Shay Mitchell and Liza Soberano in the Philippines' first-ever Netflix anime series, “Trese.”
Based on the Filipino fantasy, crime-horror comic book of the same name created by Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo, the story is set in Manila where mythical creatures of Philippine folklore live in hiding amongst humans.
Mitchell and Soberano will be lending their voice to the titular character, Alexandra Trese who “finds herself going head to head with a criminal underworld comprised of malevolent supernatural beings.”
Netflix has already gave fans a blood-pumping first look at the upcoming Filipino series last October.
