Heart Evangelista welcomes Purpur, the newest addition to her fur babies

Heart Evangelista has welcomed Purpur, the newest addition to her fur family!

In Instagram stories on Wednesday, Heart pulled a small white Maltese out of an Hermes paper bag.

According to her, he is the “pamangkin” of Casper, her dog who passed away in May 2020.

“I’ve been looking for Casper although I cannot replace him, but you (Irene Flores) gave me his pamangkin,” she said.

“This is Purpur. Welcome to the family, Purpur! Panda’s not happy,” she added, giving Purpur a kiss.

Purpur joins Heart’s growing family of pets including Panda, Yogi Bear, Pierre and Che Che.

Heart is an active campaigner of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), advocating about dog adoption, especially aspins (asong Pinoy). – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
