The Weeknd performs 'Blinding Lights' at the Superbowl halftime show

The Weeknd performed at this year's Superbowl Halftime show and it's as explosive as can get.

According to a report on Sports Illustrated, the 30-year-old Canadian, accompanied by enough dancers to fill the football stadium, performed eight songs in total, including "Starboy," "Can't Feel My Face," and "Blinding Lights," with which he closed the show. 

The NFL shared his two-minute finale performance on Twitter and it's incredible. It began with bandaged dancers wearing uniform red jackets, marching like the soldiers, with The Weeknd appearing right in the middle, as fireworks exploded in the sky.

As of writing, the video has been viewed 2M times on Twitter.

There is an estimated 22,000 fans in Tampa, Florida who witnessed The Weeknd's performance, continued Sports Illustrated.
