‘Game of Thrones’ star Gwendoline Christie to play Lucifer in new Netflix series ‘The Sandman’
The main cast for Netflix’s upcoming series “The Sandman” has been revealed.
“Velvet Buzzsaw” star Tom Sturridge will play Dream, the Lord of Dreaming, while “Game of Thrones” actress Gwendoline Christie will be Lucifer, the Ruler of Hell.

“The Sandman” is based on Neil Gaiman’s comic book of the same name.
It tells the story of Morpheus, the Lord of Dreaming, who is held prisoner for 70 years and escapes to the modern day.
