Lee Si Young reveals how she trained to get fit body for action-thriller series 'Sweet Home'
Lee Si Young isn't new to the action-thriller scene.
With her new role in the upcoming series "Sweet Home," the actress continues to amaze audiences not only with her strong character but also her rippled and toned body!
"In the series some parts of my body are exposed... so I have to be really fit because I couldn't hide my body so I tried to work hard as hard as I could," she said in the series' press conference on Wednesday.
In a separate interview with the press, Lee Si Young said she tried to build her physique by doing push ups, pull outs, roll tires, and rope activities.
"I also received personal training. On top of that, I did primal primitive, so to speak, moves to show off my preparation but the director did a very good job capturing it on screen," she said.
