Kris Bernal and fiance Perry Choi are building their dream home!

In Kris's latest vlog, the actress shared some of the plans she and her mom Analyn have for the new house.

Kris said she has been living with her mom since 1988 in their family house in Quezon City.

"Hindi ko kayang iwan si Mommy, gusto ko lagi ko siyang kasama. I'm already 31 pero hindi ko kaya 'yung gigising ako ako lang mag-isa," Kris said.

Her mom revealed that when Perry asked her permission to marry her daughter Kris, she had one request.

"Sabi ko kasama ko sa pagplano ng bahay niyo," Mommy Analyn said.

Kris bought the lot several years ago and said it was the fruits of her labor back when she was still starting her career in the showbiz industry.

Since she was still a minor back then, it was her mom who saved up and bought the house for her.

Kris said she and Perry agreed that they would use her lot for their house while he would be the one in charge for the construction and furniture.

According to the mother and daughter, the new home would have a basement, ground floor, and second floor.

Some of the expected rooms on the ground floor include the living room, foyer, dining room, clean kitchen, dirty kitchen, powder room, and parking.

The two said some of the recreational rooms they are also planning to put inside the house are swimming pool, lanai, theater room, office, playroom, guestroom, and gym.

Kris said while her soon-to-be-husband Perry, who is into culinary, wants to have a kitchen, she wants to have a walk-in closet.

At the latter part of the video, Kris showed some clips from their site visits.

The couple got engaged on February 6. Kris planned to surprise Perry with a party on his birthday, but he surprised her with a proposal instead.
